Fitness Classes and Wellness Programs

Impact Weight AreaSports and Fitness strives to offer a unique variety of fitness classes and wellness programs. Members and non-members are encouraged to take part and enjoy the various programs.

A new member orientation meeting is held once a week and is designed to help make everyone feel welcome and comfortable at any fitness level. It also gives people a chance to learn about what services and types of equipment are available.

Bag and Jab - Back to top

This is an all-over body workout using punches, jabs, and kicks on a standing bag. Bag and Jab is 45 minutes of pure sweat.

Dance Party - Back to top

This high-energy cardiovascular class offers non-stop dance incorporating a variety of dance styles.

Freestyle - Back to top

This program is for individuals who want specialized training in the free weight area. Circuits are designed to meet the goals of the individual clients.

Pilates lessons - Back to top

These lessons help you increase your functional ability by strengthening your core muscles. Create a strong torso that looks and feels great and performs at higher levels.

Senior-cize - Back to top

This is a low intensity, mostly toning program that is exceptionally easy to follow. This class focuses on activities to enhance quality of life.

Thunderbolt Running Club - Back to top

This is a running group that meets at The Impact Sports and Fitness before beginning their run. Anyone (members or nonmembers) can be a part of this group at to charge. The Chisholm Trail Stampede is an annual run that takes place on the first Saturday of October. It is a 2 mile or 10K run, or 2 mile walk. There are also kids races on this eventful day.

This is a walking group that meets at Impact Sports and Fitness before beginning to walk. Anyone (members or nonmembers) can be a part of this group at no charge.

Yo-Chi - Back to top

This is a form of conditioning that involves the mind and body. This class is designed to develop strength, poise and total conditioning. Relax, build a long sleek body, strengthen core body muscles, and increase flexibility.
