Fitness Classes and Wellness Programs
Impact
Sports and Fitness strives to offer a unique variety of fitness classes and wellness programs. Members and non-members are encouraged to take part and enjoy the various programs.
A new member orientation meeting is held once a week and is designed to help make everyone feel welcome and comfortable at any fitness level. It also gives people a chance to learn about what services and types of equipment are available.

This program is for individuals who want specialized training in the free weight area. Circuits are designed to meet the goals of the individual.

Take time to increase your functional ability with a mat workout that strengthens your core muscles. Create a strong torso that looks, feels, and performs at higher levels.
Senior-cize - Back to top
This is a low intensity, mostly toning program that is exceptionally easy to follow. This class focuses on activities to enhance quality of life.

This class will increase your strength and will sculpt and define your body through the use of bands and weights.
Thunderbolt Running Club - Back to top
This is a running group that meets at The Impact Sports and Fitness before beginning their run. Anyone (members or nonmembers) can be a part of this group at no charge.

This is a walking group that meets at Impact Sports and Fitness before beginning to walk. Anyone (members or nonmembers) can be a part of this group at no charge.
Yoga - Back to top
This is a form of conditioning linking poses together to create fluid strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Relax, build a long sleek body, and strengthen your core and body muscles.
