Assessments can be performed by a personal trainer at Impact Sports and Fitness. The different assessments that can be done are body composition, Health Risk Appraisal, or other body measurements. This evaluation can help answer your questions concerning fitness and will help you to set realistic goals and focus on proper methods of achieving them.

This is an assessment that is conducted by a personal trainer at Impact Sports and Fitness. This appraisal includes body composition testing, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.
Massage Therapy - Back to top

type of therapy can have a positive influence on your health as a supplement to traditional healthcare. Our nationally certified massage therapist provides quality care. The American Massage Therapy Association reports documented studies have shown people with the following conditions found that massage therapy lessened or relieved symptoms: arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic and acute pain, circulatory problems, gastrointestinal disorder, headache, immune function disorder, insomnia, myofascial pain, premature infants, reduced range of motion, reduced sports injuries, stress and Temporal-Mandibular Joint dysfunction (TMJ). There are member and non-member rates for this service.

Impact Impact Sports and Fitness offers an indoor pool and a jacuzzi at its 2210 N. Buckeye location, and a jacuzzi at its 418 N. Broadway location for therapeutic and relaxation needs.
Sports and Fitness offers access to an indoor pool located at the America's Best Inn, 2210 N. Buckeye, Abilene. Key cards may be obtained from Impact's downtown location at 418 N. Broadway. Personal fitness, group aquatic classes, and hydrotherapy available.
