- Medication Assistance
- Self-Care Education
- Injections
- Wellness Monitoring
- Attendant Care/Personal Care
- Includes assistance with bathing, dressing, nail care, skin care, hair care, feeding, toileting and transferring
- Non-Medical Attendant/Homemaking Services
- Includes assistance in house cleaning, laundry, essential shopping, errands, and meal preparation
- Physical Therapy
- Includes transfer training, therapeutic exercises, gait training, ultrasound
- Occupational Therapy
- Includes independent living/daily living skills training, sensory treatment, neurodevelopment therapy treatment, perceptual motor training, and fine motor coordination training.
Patients' Geographical Location - Back to top
- Home Health and Hospice of Dickinson County, Kansas will accept patients who reside within Dickinson County, Kansas.
- Within a radius of 20 miles from either Abilene or Herington offices (if outside Dickinson County).
- Discretion may be used by the Director under special circumstances in accepting a limited number of patients beyond these boundaries.

There are many options for payment of services such as the client, the client’s family, some insurance companies, area agency programs, state programs, or even a friend.

The costs are dependent upon the services provided and/or the level of care needed.
