  • Medication Assistance
  • Self-Care Education
  • Injections
  • Wellness Monitoring
  • Attendant Care/Personal Care
    • Includes assistance with bathing, dressing, nail care, skin care, hair care, feeding, toileting and transferring
  • Non-Medical Attendant/Homemaking Services
    • Includes assistance in house cleaning, laundry, essential shopping, errands, and meal preparation
  • Physical Therapy
    • Includes transfer training, therapeutic exercises, gait training, ultrasound
  • Occupational Therapy
    • Includes independent living/daily living skills training, sensory treatment, neurodevelopment therapy treatment, perceptual motor training, and fine motor coordination training.

  • Home Health and Hospice of Dickinson County, Kansas will accept patients who reside within Dickinson County, Kansas.
  • Within a radius of 20 miles from either Abilene or Herington offices (if outside Dickinson County).
  • Discretion may be used by the Director under special circumstances in accepting a limited number of patients beyond these boundaries.
