Memorial 
Hospital offers a full range of medical laboratory services to better serve the community. This state-of-the-art lab is accredited by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA), which is a Federal Government Agency. The department utilizes advanced technology, which plays an important role in detecting, diagnosing, and aiding the treatment of a disease or condition.
After a physician’s referral, tests can be scheduled by calling 785-263-6660. Test results are generally available in about one hour after they are performed.

Normal Lab Hours
- Monday thru Friday - 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday - 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies
