Memorial Hospital is pleased to offer an array of procedures such as EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscoy) to people in the community. This procedure is used to examine the stomach and esophagus.

Memorial Hospital offers endoscopic procedures such as an EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) or a Colonoscopy. These types of procedures can be performed with comfort and ease as an outpatient surgery. Memorial Hospital now offers Wireless Small Bowel Capsule Endoscopy. This high-tech device contains a camera in the capsule that collects data and sends it to a recorder worn on the patient's waist. Images are then downloaded at the physician's office.

Memorial Hospital has made arrangements with an area nerve specialist, Nanda Kumar, M.D., to conduct outpatient neurology clinics for the convenience of local residents at the hospital.
